Details of the two proposals are available for review at the State Party's website, https://waelectioncenter.com. After reviewing the proposals, you have the opportunity to submit comments on the two approaches and also may cast an advisory vote indicating your personal preference (full caucus process or hybrid primary-caucus plan.)
