Candidates desiring to become a Precinct Committee Officer in their precinct in the 3rd Legislative District must file their candidacy with the Spokane County Elections Office no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2022May 21, 2022
Democratic Precinct Committee Officers should Hold the Date for a Potential Special Precinct Committee Officer Meeting at 10:00 am.Washington's 3rd Legislative District is the "bluest" legislative district east of the Cascades.
All of our 104 precincts are located within the City of Spokane and the individuals living in the legislative district comprise about 69% of Spokane's population.

As an organization, our voting membership consists of Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) who are elected or appointed Democrats residing in the 3rd Legislative District.
